We're looking forward to the real fun part - moving in. Hopefully we can do that by the end of April, since the flat is currently vacant. Paperwork can take up to eight weeks though. Beats the graveyard! There was a news expose on London flats that we saw. It featured a flat that you could touch one wall of the living room and with the other arm, touch the adjacent wall. The plumbing was rusty. It looked an absolute disaster. This place was going for the equiv of $400,000 CNDm and this was an apartment in London. Wow. Looks like a wonderful find. Bodies are not actually buried there anymore, which would be a bit undesirable :) I wouldn't want to be cooking dinner and look out on a fresh dig! Headstones indicate most burials took place in the 1700s. And we know about that teeny flat in Chelsea.
