The only suggestion I would have is ; 1.Is this a pigeon poop area (on cars) or do cars have to avoid the pigeons?? 2. Is this a car park in front of a diner??. I think each one is supposed to be a 'no parking' warning, like if you park there birds will crap on your car, or your car will become dinner... it's an arty neighbourhood and ridiculously busy with traffic, so I put those two things together to come to my conclusion... I think each one is supposed to be a ‘no parking’ warning, like if you park there birds will crap on your car, or your car will become dinner… it’s an arty neighbourhood and ridiculously busy with traffic, so I put those two things together to come to my conclusion…
